At 1C, any LiPo pack takes approximately 65–70 minutes to charge from fully depleted — regardless of capacity. Charge amperage = capacity ÷ 1000. A 2200mAh pack charges at 2.2A; a 3200mAh at 3.2A. Charging at 2C halves the time but requires a pack rated for it.

The C-rating printed on LiPo packs refers to the discharge rate, not the charge rate. A 45C pack can discharge at 45× its capacity — but that same pack may only be rated to charge at 1C. The charge C-rating is often printed separately or listed in the spec sheet. When it isn't, 1C is the correct default. See the charging guide for the full procedure.
